At this time, our platform requires both a birth date and a date of passing to be entered. For those creating a Virtual Heirloom for someone who is still living, we recommend the following:

• Select Options

• Navigate to Privacy Settings

• Toggle “Show Dates” to off

This will make both the birth date and date of passing private and allow you to move forward without interruption.

If you wish to include a birth date, you may thoughtfully incorporate it within the biography section.

At any point in the future, dates can be made visible by toggling this setting back on.

Our legacy QR markers are backed by a lifetime warranty. If your sign is ever lost, damaged, or stolen, simply contact us with proof of purchase and we will arrange for a replacement.
